ESSA and More is a registered NDIS provider under the Disability Act 2013, NDIS Practice standards and the Child Safe Standards since 2016.
ESSA stands for Everyone’s Social Support Activities and More. I choose the name for people to identify the type of services that we offer. “After reading a client’s’ care plans and typing up all their personal information, I get to know my clients and their needs, their strengths and weaknesses, their likes and dislikes. Then I make an investigation of their cognitive, emotional, physical, social, spiritual and mental health, and begin to design a leisure and recreational programs according to their needs and preferences. By doing this, I can incorporate our clients into their personalised programs to help them maintain their physical and mental wellbeing. This is my duty of care”
