About ESSA’s staff / additional information:
Qualifications: Support Coordinators and Care Managers have their Diploma of Community Services Case Management, diplomas or bachelors in Social Work, and/or Advanced diploma of Community Sector Management. Care managers are multi-skilled and professional to provide high quality, meaningful support and services for everyone in the community. All our staff have ample experience carrying out a range of different duties and have worked with people of different ages and abilities.
We hire Support Workers that speak different languages such as Spanish, Hindi, Mandarin, Vietnamese and more. Check the Areas We Service (please add a hyperlink to take them to the map) to see if we have participants near you.
All our staff must have a current NDIS Screening Checks, First Aid certificates, Police checks, full driver license, fully vaccinated and qualifications in Disability, Aged Care and/or Community Services. Contact us at employee@essaandmore.com.au for a full list of requirements.
