Support Coordinators and Care Managers have their Diploma of Community Services Case Management, diplomas or bachelors in Social Work, and/or Advanced diploma of Community Sector Management.
Our support coordinators will assist you in walking you through the NDIS, understanding and implementing your plan, finding and engaging the providers of your choice and assist you with plan reviews. Our goal is to support you to implement your plan to have the best services and always ensure you have choice and control over your plan. We want you to achieve your goals and also increase your capacity to be able to manage your future plans and engage more efficiently with your service providers
